Step 1: Our Welcome Chat & The Game-Changer, Your Custom Shopping List

This is where we lay the foundation and create your Custom Shopping List App based on your most frequently shopped items. We’ll also discuss your needs, preferences and logistics. You can choose:

A Guided Session: I build it with you over a 30- 60 minute call.

An Instant Start: You screenshot a past order, the largest you can find, and I build it for you in a matter of minutes.

The goal of this chat is to design a seamless, quick-order experience that feels personal and reliable, right from the start. The list acts as your permanent template, making re-ordering your favorites a one-click dream.

While life isn’t always the same! Each time you order, you can:

Easily check mark the items needed for that shop.

Add items, change quantities and leave notes.

Request a quick run to a specialty store for a few unique ingredients.

Your custom list is there to save you time, not limit your choices. After each shop, you’ll receive a blank copy of your check list, ready for your next order. If you shop at multiple stores, you’ll have a separate, custom list for each one.

With the click of a link, you can make your shopping list into an app on your phone. No App Store required.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Submit your List using the contact details that are provided in our Welcome Chat.

Large orders over 15 items need to be submitted by 9 PM the night before.

Small quick shops under 15 items can be submitted the same day.

For a few quick last-minute items: You can also send a text message.

Step 3: I Handle The Shop. You Handle Life

I’ll carefully shop, pack, and deliver your order according to your instructions.

A Note on Replacements: My goal is to learn your preferences. Until I build that understanding and you build confidence in my choices, I’ll contact you at the end of your shop to approve and discuss replacement and refund options. If I can’t reach you, missing items are subject to a refund to ensure you never get an item you don’t want.

Delivery Timing: I always aim to meet your preferred window, but delivery times for same-day or last-minute service requests cannot be guaranteed, at this time.
